The office market continues its recovery process, both in terms of new supply and demand. Therefore, during the year 2023, there was a vacancy of 33,971m2 and an occupation of 109,540m2, showing greater dynamism in the corporate market that resulted in a positive net absorption of 75,569m2<\/strong> at the end of 2023, registering a second consecutive year with positive net absorption and validating a recovery process in the corporate office market.<\/p>\n

Regarding the net balance, 13 districts registered positive net absorption balances, in which San Isidro and Miraflores stand out; while 06, negative balances, in which the districts of Surco and Comas stand out.<\/p>\n

As a consequence, the vacancy rate registered a decrease of 2,77% compared to the end of the previous year, due to the more than 75 thousand m2 of net absorption in 2023.
